Every certified job comes with a signed statement of accuracy, confirming the translation is complete and true to the original. That is the part an official checks.
The translation itself follows the same process as a standard job: matched to a translator with subject knowledge, reviewed by a second linguist, formatted to match the original. The certificate is the formal confirmation that the work has been done properly.
If the body you are submitting to asks for certification, this is the service you need. If they do not mention it, standard translation is usually enough.

Requirements vary by country and by department. Tell us where the document is going and we will tell you what they usually ask for. If we cannot meet it, we will say so before you pay.
Some institutions require notarisation, apostille stamps or accreditation from a specific body. We can advise on whether our certification will be accepted, but the final decision sits with the receiving organisation.

If no official body will read it, standard translation does the same job for less. It covers everything a business writes: reports, marketing, websites, internal documents and contracts that do not need certifying. The work is reviewed the same way. There is no certificate, and it is priced per word instead of per page.
